Without it we would not have been able to expand our family business and we will continue to do our best to provide you with the most exceptional dining experience.

Our History: We first launched our restaurant in 1996. Subsequently, we have become sensitive to our customers' needs and tailored our restaurant towards you. In 2002, we have expanded our restaurant in order to accommodate our loyal customers. We believe that by truly understanding our customers' needs comes success. Tai Kar has been awarded the Best Eatery by the Bright FM 106.4 in 2009. We proudly commemorated our anniversary in January 2011 with an entertainment of Chinese traditional martial art and Lion Dance.

Our Cuisine: Tai Kar has combined Beijing, the northern Chinese Cuisine, and Cantonese cuisine from southern China. Our chefs draw upon a great diversity of ingredients and incorporate British fresh tender meat with many Chinese cooking methods to bring out the best of the authentic flavours. So look out, among the others for the popular Aromatic Crispy Duck, succulent Lemon Chicken and sensational Sizzling dishes.

The whole story: We can cater for parties of all occasions up to 90 customers at any one time. Tai Kar is proud to be considered by many to be the most popular dining place for local community family and friends gathering. Our restaurant has a style with calming and relaxing atmosphere and distinctive art. There is a small oriental area with traditional Chinese decoration. Parking facilities available at the front and rear of the restaurant, we also provide air conditioning and an opening time from as early as 5.30pm through out the year.

Our celebrations: Tai Kar celebrates two traditional festivals each year. These celebrations are Chinese New Year day and Mid Autumn Festival where a special banquet will be served. If you are interested in celebrating our festival come and join us.
